Flow of your Evening

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed into Storybrook’s main lounge, where the evening begins in a space designed for comfort, atmosphere, and unhurried enjoyment.Guests may choose to remain in the lounge or reserve one of our curated scenario rooms, either as a walk-in depending on availability or in advance through our booking system. Once reserved, you’ll be guided into your private setting, where each experience is prepared with care and intended to unfold naturally.From the lounge to our more intimate environments, every part of the evening is meant to feel immersive, relaxed, and thoughtfully arranged. When your chapter draws to a close, guests are welcome to return to the main lounge before departing.

Storybrook operates as a traditional lounge, welcoming guests to enjoy the space at their leisure, while also offering the option to reserve one of our curated scenario rooms either as a walk-in or through our booking system.Because our themed environments are limited and prepared with care, scenario room reservations require a minimum booking of one hour. Each private scenario room is available for 1,000,000 gil per hour.These reservations are invitations into a chapter prepared just for you — intimate, immersive, and shaped with attention to detail.

To help Storybrook remain a space of comfort, care, and beautifully curated evenings, all guests and community members are expected to follow our policies and code of conduct.These guidelines apply to anyone entering the venue or participating in our Discord server, and exist to preserve the atmosphere, respect, and shared experience that make Storybrook what it is.

General Conduct

  • No NSFW or explicit ERP content

  • All staff and guests are expected to treat one another with respect

  • All venue and Discord guidelines must be followed

  • All guests must adhere to the in-game Terms and Conditions

Bookings & Attendance

  • Scenario room reservations must be honored at their scheduled time

  • If you are unable to attend, please notify staff as early as possible

  • Failure to attend without notice may result in future booking restrictions or additional reservation fees

  • All bookings are final and non-refundable

  • Rescheduling may be offered at staff discretion

Boundaries

Storybrook is a strictly SFW, in-character roleplay venue. While we are not lore-strict, we do require that guests and staff remain in character within the experience. Being in character does not mean you need to arrive with a fully fleshed-out backstory. You are simply asked to engage with the setting in the spirit of the experience.We maintain zero tolerance for ERP, explicit content, or out-of-character behavior that disrupts the atmosphere of the venue.To protect the comfort of both guests and staff, all interactions must remain rooted in consent, communication, and clearly respected boundaries. Storybrook is designed to be immersive, and every experience is expected to remain appropriate to that environment.Should a guest be found causing issues, engaging in out-of-character conversation with their Companion, or otherwise violating venue policy, they will receive one warning and an opportunity to correct the behavior. If the behavior continues, they will be asked to leave.Any guest who causes a scene, creates disruption, or refuses to comply with staff direction will be removed from the premises and banned from Storybrook.Staff reserve the right to end any interaction or experience immediately if these expectations are ignored or violated.

Attire & Presentation

To help preserve the atmosphere of Storybrook, staff are expected to dress in a manner appropriate to their role and in keeping with the venue’s aesthetic.Guests are welcome to arrive in a style that feels true to their character or comfort, but attire should remain appropriate to a SFW, immersive environment. While Storybrook is not lore-strict, presentation should still respect the tone of the venue and avoid anything overly disruptive, explicit, or immersion-breaking.We want guests to feel welcome here, not restricted. You do not need a highly elaborate appearance to participate... only a presentation that fits the spirit of the space.Staff reserve the right to address attire that is excessively explicit, disruptive, or clearly inappropriate for the venue.
